When your technology fails we do make house calls! Our trained
technicians, along with backup support resources within our company and
manufacturer reseller support, come ready to trouble shoot the problem.
Typically, the most difficult part of the repair process
is isolating the actual cause of the problem. Here are steps we use:
- Understand the general complaint or symptom- what is the problem?
- Localize the issue- is it hardware, software or user related?
- Isolate the specific- whether it's hardware, software or user related
the process repeats until the problem is broken down to a specific component,
hotfix, upgrade, instruction, configuration or explanation.
