We follow a standard methodology or process which is scaled to the scope and complexity of the assignment. This involves:

• Determining technology requirements based on analysis of your current technical environment and your business needs
• Developing a solution architecture and technical design that meets your needs, within a budget you can afford.

Our expertise in design spans all facets of:

• Hardware (such as servers, workstations, desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals)
• Networks (cabling, LAN/WAN architecture, switches, routers, hubs), and;
• Software (operating systems, office productivity suites and specialized business application software)

We will only propose solutions that we know are robust - with the operating system, application software, hardware and networks working together reliably.

Protecting Your Investment

We are often retained by our clients to configure and integrate new releases of major business software into the clients technical environment. This requires us to understand your current technical environment and determine how to make the new technologies co-exist with the old, to protect your original investment as much as possible. Where there are technical limitations, we will recommend hardware/network component upgrades or replacements. Our expertise includes knowledge of which specific vendor product is the best fit for your needs, and to supply and install that product.
