Contracted Support Services

COMPEL provides Contracted Services for both hardware and network infrastructure.

Hardware contracts insure that the Client's Equipment remains in good operating condition. Service is available at the contracted site and at our service centres. Service includes replacement of parts deemed necessary on an exchange basis. Response times are met within the contracted times while the highest priority is given when a "Server Down Emergency" occurs. For more detailed infromation see the attached terms.

Hardware Contract Terms and Conditions

Network Support contracts provide necessary support of the Network Infrastructure. We maintain the integrity of the Server's Operating System based on "Event Errors” and support server backup issues. and restore the System from the last known good backup when a total system failure occurs. We also support the integrity of workstation's Network Connection to the Server(s) resources, network printers, and (if available) the Internet gateway.
