Per-Incident Support or T&M Services
Clients who may only have periodic needs or do not wish to purchase a Prepaid Priority Services Plan have the option of requesting our Time and Materials service or a per-incident support service at our normal services and support rates. T&M services are itemized at the completion of each order, singed off and subsequently billed. Although our clients with Network and Hardware Contracts or a Pre-Paid Priority Plans come first, our normal service means that the client is usually contacted within eight business hours and if on-site service is required, a technician is scheduled, on a low-priority best effort basis to your location. * Phone support is billed in half-hour increments. A minimum half-hour is charged. ** There is a minimum one-hour billing per onsite incident. These rates apply to the onsite labour and the travel time required for completing the work. ***Network Services include servers, routers, and switches. All services do not include any parts, material, software upgrades, or other service expenses required to complete the work. These items are billed as separate amounts. |
