Service Contract Options:

We have various maintenance and support package options, providing both preventive and responsive services. Our maintenance and support contracts can be tailored to fit your needs, whether you require an annual support plan or a Time & Materials based service.

We have facilities in our data centre/lab to provide remote network management to monitor and address your network infrastructure from afar. This is a cost-effective way to get address your network issues without the time that a service call requires.

We also offer a full repair service for equipment & software, either in our shop or on site, with a technician who will troubleshoot, fix or swap-out devices without the inconvenience and time delay of shipping equipment to us.
