Compel offers a variety of service levels. From basic standard hourly rates to discounted prepaid blocks of time, and from basic workstation reporting to a complete managed office and network contract.
Standard Hourly Rate: Time and Materials
A variety of hourly service rates based on technical skills plus parts and materials, as required. Lower Priority then other contract or prepaid services.
PPB: Priority Prepaid Hourly Block
Services are provided at a reduced rate with the same priority as a contract client. Blocks of 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 and 70+ hours are available. The larger the BLOCK, the less the hourly rate. There is no shelf life on the prepaid block.
MSC: Monitoring Services Contract
Our monitoring service that actively provides real-time alerts on the health of your office machines including servers, workstations, virtual machines and MACS. Our support team will contact you if/as issues arise. Weekly reports from our monitoring software are sent directly to you to keep you on the status of your machine. If service is required, it is your choice to have it looked after in-house or by us.
NSC: Network Support Contract
The next step up from Monitored Servcies, the NSC includes the monitoring services of the MSC plus support for your Network Infrastructure. Network Services included in the contact are:
- Network connectivity to the Internet
- Network Printers and devices
- File management
- Network Administration including adding users, setting up security groups and permissions
- Server health Maintenance including monthly windows updates,and backup checks to make sure your data is protected
- Disaster recovery in the event of equipment failure
MNSC: Managed Network Support Contract
Our highest level of support. The MNSC includes all of the features of the NSC plus the following additional services:
- Workstation’s health and maintence
- Provide unlimited phone and remote support.
